• State two significant outcomes
• State possible negative reaction and how to avoid or manage it
• Let the client know to discontinue if there is a strong negative reaction
• Demonstrate home care with clarity and good form
• Client demonstrates exercises while therapists observes and corrects if needed
• State all the parameters of the home care
• Ask if client has any questions
