Transversus Abdominis Strength Test

To do:

With the client supine,

The therapist asks them to push their low back into the ground and flex their knees and hips and bring them into the air.

The therapist gets the client to maintain this position for 30 seconds.

Positive sign:

The client is unable to keep back flat against the ground
