Insertion: Lateral part of inferior nuchal line

Origin: Posterior arch of C1 vertebra
Insertion: Medial third of inferior nuchal line

OCI
Origin: Spinous process of C2 vertebra
Insertion: Transverse process of C1 vertebra

OCS
Origin: Transverse process of C1
Insertion: Occipital bone between superior and inferior nuchal lines
